
Air fried squash and onions
Take 1 cup of sliced zucchini squash
Take 1 cup of sliced yellow squash
Slice a large whole sweet onion
Sprinkle your favorite seasonings on the mixture
I use cayenne pepper, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chipotle seasoning
Put one to 2 tablespoons of olive oil and mix it well
Preheat your air fryer to 400°
It’s time to put in the squash and onion mixture
Cook for 8 minutes then gently Shake
Cook for another 4 to 5 minutes minutes and you’re ready to eat
Delicious and healthy
